What Our Clients Do
Our clients are businesses that sell products and services to consumers and to other businesses, and include banks and lenders, leasing companies, sellers, buyers, suppliers, manufacturers, distributors, and retailers. We assist these clients with business transactions covered by the Uniform Commercial Code (UCC) such as the leasing, sale, and delivery of movable, tangible property; promissory notes and letters of credit; negotiable instruments, bank deposits, checks and wire transfers; ownership and transfer of businesses interests and securities; and loans that are secured by assets other than or in addition to real estate.
Liens
In addition to assisting our clients with transactions that are governed by Arizona’s version of the Uniform Commercial Code, we assist companies with the recording liens with the Secretary of State office, which processes liens that protect financial interests on goods and equipment.
