Alicia Casale’s practice primarily centers on business and commercial transactional matters, including extensive work with restaurants and bars. Alicia serves as general counsel for several restaurant owner/operators, including three different multi-unit, multi-state operators, with units independently owned and franchised. She also currently sits on the Board of Directors for the Arizona Restaurant Association. Alicia’s practice also includes experience in general business and commercial litigation matters, estate planning and probate proceedings.

Business: Business acquisition and sale, company formation, maintenance and dissolution, company document preparation, commercial lease preparation and review, contract negotiations, document review for commercial loan transactions and business succession planning.

License: State and city license and permit acquisitions and renewals, liquor license applications and conversions and use permit processes.

Human Resource and Employment Law: advisement including drafting employee and management handbooks and employment contracts, hiring and termination protocol and sensitivity training.

Reviews & Audits: Assistance with administrative agency reviews, including audits by the Arizona Department of Liquor Licenses and Control and the United States Department of Labor.

Commercial Litigation: Broad-based business and commercial litigation experience including dram shop liability, breach of contract disputes, construction related disputes and contested probate proceedings.
